Riding a motorcycle is extremely fun. Going from here to there within no time is a dream of many. The speed, thrill, and adrenaline rush – no one knows better than the person who rides a motorbike. But Motorcycle stunt is something else. Doing it is totally no-no on the crowded road or if you are a novice.
The stunts can cause you injury if you lose control. So wearing all the safety gear like helmet, proper shoes for protecting your ankles, accurate knee and elbow guards and gloves are mandatory. Besides that, even if the stunts are easy, always do it under the guidance of the expert. Let’s take a look at the stunts that are easy to do:
Wheelie- Motorcycle Stunt
This stunt is easy to do, and it is of two types – pump wheelie and power wheelie. While you can do the former with any motorcycle, in the first gear and at speed lower than 20km per hour, the latter requires a sturdy bike and speed more than 20 km per hour. If you accelerate too much, the wheel on the front will go very high, leading to the flip of the bike on the rider. This will result in severe injury. That is why you must control the rear brakes so that you can use it when needed.
Stoppie- Motorcycle Stunt
If your bike has front disc brake, you can perform this stunt. But if your bike has ABS without any alternative to turn it off, your bike is not suitable for Stoppie. This stunt requires a speed of 20 to 25 km per hour. The significant part is shifting the entire weight of your body on the front wheel so that when you increase the speed, the rear wheel gets higher. Keep in mind that if you jam the brake too hard, the bike may fall in the front and you can fall as well.
Any bike that has a good brake at the front is apt for performing this stunt. Do you want a dramatic scene full of smoke? Then this is your stunt as it generates lots of smoke. Firmly hold the front brake, use the clutch and throttle together resulting in the slipping of the rear tire. One negative aspect of this stunt is due to the pressure on the clutch, engine, and front brake; those parts can be damaged faster than usual if you keep doing burnouts frequently.
When you gain ample experience in burnouts, you can perform this stunt. While you are performing burnout stunt, start to slip your bike gradually. This way, the wheel at the rear side will start making a whole circle. Keep one foot on the ground and make circles around it. This is one way of performing donuts. There is another way of doing it where you have to stand on the bike and control the throttle in a way that the rear wheel spins constantly. While the back wheel is spinning, you have to make the circle. Do not forget that if the rear wheel slips too much, the bike can slip too and you can get injured.
